A fantasy with a free style, it was composed for Leonard B. Smith, cornet soloist and longtime conductor of the Detroit Concert Band and the Blossom Festival Band of the Cleveland Orchestra. It is published here for the first time in a full score edition with corrected and full-sized parts.
