Duration: 4 minutes

Description: This work was written for string orchestra by Shirl Jae Atwell in her characteristically lush and elegant style. Triplet-infused lines, sometimes tinged with a touch of the blues, add to the gentle flowing nature of the piece. True to its title, Meander takes the listener on an unhurried yet richly melancholic journey.
